the tragic end of doraemon
michiru told me that the last episode of doraemon in japan was unexpectedly heart-breaking... it turned out that nobita has been unconscious in the hospital for years, and doraemon is only his imaginary friend... i instantly visualized little traumatized asian kids, crying over doraemon & nobita in front of their tv sets... damn, even I was crushed when i heard it!

RE:The tragic end of Doraemon
The actual ending of doraemon is not tragic. It was said that doraemon lost all his battery powers and will lost all its memory if a new battery was to be replaced. So, from that day on, Nobita studied hard. He married Sizuka. He became a scientist, and found a way to charge Doraemon's power back. HE was actually Doraemon's creator.
okay, all's said... bye!

That better ending of Doraemon is just a fan fiction. Follow this link: http://www.fanfiction.net/read.php?storyid=1200458
I'm not really sure of its ending though. I haven't read it...

what psybuster said... its just a fan fiction
here's a little note from
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doraemon
"When the Fujiko Fujio duo broke up in the 1987, the very idea of an official ending to the series were never discussed. Since Fujiko F. passed away in 1996 before any decisions were reached such "endings" can be considered as fan-fic, and little more"
