catching up on movies

i'm finally catching up on movies i wanted to see these past couple of weeks... so far i've rented piñero, taxi driver, metropolis, 2001: space odyssey, and amores perros. the last two i still have yet to watch...

piñero was a really good movie, maybe the character was a bit too romanticized, but it's highly recommended nonetheless... :)

i like the cartoon. but it didn't make quite the impact i expected i'd get... i guess probably it's the combination of reading too many reviews and the fact that i watched it on a 19" TV. :P
